WHY EASYCOOL+

To increase the value of the finished product, improve the production process and optimize the use of energy, Aquatech offers a new range of chillers: Easycool+. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the process, in most cases traditional industrial chillers consume a great deal of energy with consequential increases in production costs. Easycool+ by Aquatech overcomes this problem because it is a chiller conceived, designed and built for the specific cooling needs in the industrial manufacturing processes.

A NEW GENERATION OF CHILLERS READY FOR ECODESIGN 2021

The new Ecodesign regulations for refrigeration systems came into force on 1 January 2018. The ultimate aim of these laws, together with the F-gas regulation, is to reduce the direct and indirect emissions responsible for the greenhouse effect damaging our planet. Aquatech has designed the Easycool+ line on the basis of the energy efficiency targets set for 2021 (Ecodesign Regulation 2281/2016) which concern a series of equipment such as both air- and water-cooled chillers. This directive demands compliance with seasonal efficiency parameters, the SEPR (Seasonal Energy Performance Ratio).

The optimum temperature ensures the best product quality.

The multiscroll compressors, the electronic expansion valves and the R410a coolant are guarantee of maximum energy efficiency and maximum evaporation stability, essential to maintain the regularity of the cooling process. The use of R410a as coolant allows to operate with reduced loads, decreasing environmental impact and maximizing the performance of the machine’s work cycle.

PLUG&PLAY TECHNOLOGY

Specifically developed for the processes of plastics transformation, Easycool+ by Aquatech offers a number of benefits in a wide range of areas. 

• Plug&Play technology with integral circuitry in the machine: four different hydronic versions available for each model, with or without thermal storage, specific versions for use at high flow and pressure;

• A system made with Easycool+ is sized to ensure the least possible coolant load, with an immediate environmental and economic benefit that can be measured in tonnes of CO2 equivalent not released into the atmosphere.
